What's inside the Safari Lounge Designer Classes

The Safari Lounge Designer Classes has five different Modules, templates and resources with more to come each month:

Module 1: Your Foundation

You will first learn what learning resources are, where you can sell them and how to build them. You will also learn about business organisation and all the legal stuff you need to add to your learning resources (TOUS & Credits). You will also get a roadmap so you know where you are and how you can get to the next pit stop. So you'll never be lost but straight on your way to success!

Module 2: Design Basics & Creating Learning Resources

Although Powerpoint is definitely not a classic graphic design program it will work for us to create our learning resources, we can actually stretch it for our needs! You won't have to face a steep learning curve because Powerpoint is pretty easy to use and with the help of the included templates you can quickly create your own learning resources.
Modul 2 is an ongoing module. You'll always get new workshops and templates to create new products.

Module 3: A Place to sell and how to market your Printables

In this module we will set up your store together. We will set up a store on TpT for now but you will also learn why you should expand at a later time. You will learn how to create descriptions for your store as well as previews, maybe little videos and PDFs to show your products. We will include your branding here and set yourself apart from competition because your products are unique!

Module 4: Tools and Resources

Module 4 is also an ongoing module. Here you'll find here templates to create your printables (aka learning resources) quickly but also color palettes and links to resources I've used. When new workshops are added I'll add more to this module as well!

Module 5: Expanding your Business

We start by selling on TpT but it's definitely not the only place you can sell your products and you definitely shouldn't just be there. 
You will learn about other places where you can sell your learning resources. And one definitely could be Amazon Kindle because you can easily turn your Learning Resources into eBooks.

Hi my name is Sue (aka DownUnderScraps), for those who would like to know what I think of the new Safari Lounde Classes for learning designing, here it is… I am so glad I joined because I am learning heaps of new stuff and also enjoying the classes. The videos are also great because they really explain things and if you miss something you can restart or pause them when and as often as you need so you can follow the instructions. I am enjoying learning how to use Gimp as I have only used Photoshop and Photoshop Elements.
