Create a Graph

First, you need to build the horizontal and vertical axes.

The horizontal axis, which is on top, is for your sleeping hours. I usually sleep from 9:30 PM - 5 AM so I put broken lines under 9 Pm and 5 AM - of course, adjust it to your needs. While the vertical axis on the left part is for the days of the whole month. Also, write the "Sleep Log" heading on the left side.

You can use a triangle or any ruler to create your axes.

Draw the Sloth

On the right side of your spread, draw a sloth hanging on a branch.

In case you don't want to draw this sleepy sloth, you can go to our store anytime and download a printable there. You can print it and glue to your bullet journal, or you can use a graphite paper to transfer the image. It's totally up to you.

Outline Everything

Next, use your fineliner to outline everything on your spread. Start it with your graph and heading.

Then outline also the sloth.

Colour the Sloth

Colour the sloth brown, the feet and hands gray. You can add another layer of colour if you want a darker shade. Also, you can use other colouring materials aside from mildliner, whatever you prefer if totally fine. Don't forget to colour the branch with brown.

Here's How to Use the Sleep Tracker

Use a highlighter to draw a bold straight line from the time you sleep until the time you wake up. Make sure to draw the line opposite to a particular day of the month. Your Sleep Tracker is like a graph where you can easily track if you are having a good night's sleep or not.
