WEll done everyone - each template layout is looking awesome - wasn't sure how you'd all go with this one - but I needn't have worried. Love the all
. Oh and have you seen we have our smilies back again. I can't tell you the buzz this created in our designers forum. We are all very excited about it. LOL You'd think we'd have better things to do but obviously not.

Elaine - your on holiday - so I guess that template is gonna have to wait till you get back. Enjoy you holiday and when you get back you will have to work your tail off.
( I was gonna use a differnt word to "tail" but thought I'd better not
)

template - Help!!!
Oh dear! It's such a beautiful template and I'd really like to do a LO with it - I even got a great idea for it but since I'm only a scrapbooking beginner I have real problems in getting my photo to fit the template properly! What can I do? I usually work with ScrapbookMax or Potoshop Elements. (so you see - absolute beginner
) is there anybody out there who can help me??? I do so want to complete this month's challenge.
lots of love

hi - Have to be done in photoshop elements. It can be done in Scrapbook max with alot of mucking around to make the template suitable for max software.
I know what to do in CS2/3/4 photoshop but I'm not familar with Photoshop Elements. It's a case of clipping your paper or photo to the template shape - having the shape under and photo or paper over it in the layers. Man if feel so hopeless.
I know some of our other members use Photoshop Elements - hope they can answer for you shortly. One way or another - we will get it sorted out for you. Hugs and in the mean time, just hold on.

The process in Photoshop Elements is just the same as in Photoshop. As Carena mentioned, in your layers palette, place your photo as the layer just above the layer you want to clip it to.
Hover your cursor over the line between those two layers and hold down the Alt key. Your cursor changes to a black oval, then just click with your mouse right on the line and it clips your photo and the layer below. Select your photo layer and adjust it so it is where you want it, then merge those two layers together, and go with using the template doing the same thing with each layer.
Hope this helps you!
